Before sending bug reports, please make sure you have the latest version of the program. If so, please complete the form below and include the following information in your email:

bullet The exact wording of the error message displayed on your computer screen;
bullet What function you were performing in the application when the error occurred.

We offer person-to-person technical support for our registered customers only. Free technical support during trial installation is not available. But you may send a request for a feature in the application.
